Episode 6 changing habits

We human beings are full of habits and have a natural tendency to stay in the state we are. For example you’re watching TV and realize that actually you promised yourself that you would go to the gym or do some exercise. How many reasons you find to not go, it’s raining, my buddy is not going, my favorite sportswear is in the washing machine. Etc etc.

This is something natural. We all have it.

But it’s also very easy to break through this, it’s just a split second decision-making moment. Do I stay here or do I stand up and go. Just do it! Stop thinking. It’s a fact that when you go and come back home you feel so much better and you’re clad you went, right?
